Confessions of a Reasonably Dangerous Mind Let's call this one, punch-drunk blog...I have no idea what you should all expect...I haven't a clue myself. All I can say for sure, is that procrastination is a wonderful thing.

Possibly the greatest thing ever...the first twenty times at least...
In Other News, My Life Flips Upside Down Every 48 Hours
Okay, first off, read this link here, fans of "Arrested Development" or not, it is literally the funniest thing you will read in a long, long time. David Cross and Defamer.com are national treasures.
Second off, yes, i will be vague boy. Everything comes across me quick and with swift force. It's just been a helluva past couple days. Not bad, just, intense. The good kind, for the most part. What life is supposed to be like, i guess?
I'm currently reading this book for my history class, about the bombing of German cities during WWII. It's a horrific book, really, and gives gruesome details on what the German people, some in compliance with the Nazis, others not, sufferred under the air raids of Allied forces. I'm strangely compelled by it, it's probably one of the first history/school books I've had to read for a liberal studies course that I actually wanted to keep reading through after 25 pages. It's extremely fascinating, if, again, disturbing to the hilt. But, for anyone who thinks the range of horrors in WWII was limited to the Allied nations and such, it's an interesting read, I highly recommend it (even if you don't have to read it for a term paper you have no interest in writing at the moment).
In other news, I have a business story to write for magazine class that I have no motivation to do. It's due in three days, well on Wed afternoon so technically less than that, but I just keep putting off the act of writing words for the damn thing. I still have a few interviews to hopefully conduct, but otherwise information needs to be organized a bit, and, oh yes, i have no idea how to structure it. How do you write a business story for magazine class? Do i include scenes? Do I include anecdotal evidence? What? And, since most of the people I've talked to live in the NWT or Alberta or Ottawa or far-off regions that I've had to use a calculator to call (seriously, my phone bill will skyrocket this month), I haven't actually met anyone, thus: no scene to form around them. Maybe I should just go and hang around a gas station and use that, or something (oh, yes, I'm doing Imperial Oil as my corporation, just to let ya know).
Also, though, I was home today for work, and as per usual, I stayed for dinner. But I also had the chance to look through a pile of unmarked cd's that I burned a year or two ago. Maybe less, but it seems like I haven't listened to them since at least last summer. When I say unmarked, I really mean i gave them such vague titles, they may as well have been. Some were "rock/emo '03", just to give an example. So, I've been listening to those tonight in between reading atrocities of the last great war. Fun times.
But, it reminds me how much my musical tastes have changed. Wow, that was some mopey/angry rock emo shit I used to listen to. Not that it isn't good and i still don't enjoy listening to it, it just reminds me of the kind of state of mood i was in. Suffice it to say, it wasn't the best one. And, not to say I've totally outgrown it (seriously, i had to google the lyrics to a song before i realized it was the juliana theory, which used to be my favorite), but I just don't dig it that much as i used to. Can I use the word "dig" and not sound completely awful? I hope so, and if not, to heck with it, then. But, it's interesing listening to them and figuruing out what's what, and why they're on there. I mean, they're all on there for a reason, even if that reason's played itself out by now.
So, yes, we all know it. But, instead of an actual post, i thought i'd take some time here to share the magical mystery that is the tv show "lost", and all its unanswered questions. i'm sure i'm missing a bunch here, but these are the unanswered mysteries i'm still scratching my head too. (yes, i'm aware i have no life).
